We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization.

Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.
7. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by emailing us at privacy@cvnio.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line.
Request Requirements
Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. Your request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, if you have an account with us, we may require you to log in to verify your identity.
We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
Response Timing and Format
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and provide information about how we will process the request.
We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 45 additional days, for a total of 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the receipt of your verifiable consumer request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
8. Verification Process
To protect your privacy and maintain security, we take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information or complying with your request. When you make a request, we may ask you to provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information.
The verification steps may include:
- If you have an account with us: We may verify your identity through your existing authentication credentials (e.g., password).
- If you do not have an account with us: We may request information such as your name, email address, and other information we have collected about you. In some cases, we may request additional documentation to verify your identity.
The specific verification process will depend on the nature of your request, the sensitivity of the information requested, and the risk of harm from unauthorized disclosure or deletion. We will use information you provide in your request only for verification purposes.
9. Authorized Agents
You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA/CPRA on your behalf. To do so, you must provide the authorized agent with written permission to do so, and we may require you to verify your own identity directly with us. We may deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf.
If you are an authorized agent seeking to make a request, please contact us using the information in the "Contact Information" section and be prepared to provide documentation showing you are authorized to act on behalf of a California resident.
10. Personal Information of Minors
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete that information.
If you believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@cvnio.com.
We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be less than 16 years of age, unless we receive affirmative authorization (the "right to opt-in") from either the consumer who is between 13 and 15 years of age, or the parent or guardian of a consumer less than 13 years of age. Consumers who opt-in to the sale or sharing of personal information may opt-out of future sales or sharing at any time.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Notice at any time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you through a notice on our website homepage, by email to the primary email address specified in your account, or through other appropriate means.
